Data Deletion Instructions — Ishan World
To request deletion of personal data associated with Ishan World’s WhatsApp enquiry service or connected Meta application, email info@ishanworld.com with the subject “Personal Data Deletion Request.”
Please include:
- Your name.
- The WhatsApp number or email address used with our service.
- The information you want deleted, such as contact details or enquiry records.
Please do not send passwords, OTPs or identity documents with your initial request.
Our authorised team will verify the request, review the relevant records and inform you of the outcome. If any information must be retained, we will explain the reason and applicable retention arrangements.
